Don't hate me man but I think your fucked, you've been given ffof Cal mag and tap water. I think your so calcium loaded there isn't much ion exchange room left on the medium. Could maybe try up putting but you maybe should just take clones from these plants, if you can, and start over.

These are clones and this medium isn’t ffof i think it’s coco my cloner told me, im using ffof for my baby’s not the ones in the pictures I posted

Recharge and DE don't really contribute to the plant's nutrition one way or another. It's important to know whether you're using FFOF or coco because the recommendations for how to treat them would be very different...
Well im sure coco is my medium for my clones which are the pics that posted

I've never grown in coco so probably not the best resource, but they look over-watered and possibly over-fed to me... How often/much do you water?

Could also be a pH issue if you don't pH the nutes. I used the GH flora series for a couple grows and the pH always needed to be lowered a bit after mixing the nutes

I water every 3 days and not sure how much give them I just go for it

Could be that I don’t ph in general which I should start

I don't know a whole lot about coco, but I do know you're supposed to water at least once day, not let it dry out, and give pH'd nutes with every watering. So all that is probably a good place to start. Good luck!
