Leaves curling upwards

ok......let me be a little more specific, im growing a plant thats maybe a little over a month old, using backyard soil and sunlight, just recently some of the leaves are turning tan or really light shande of brown, and curling upwards (NOT ALL THE LEAVES ARE CHANGING, IN FACT MOST OF THEM LOOK HEALTHY) im just concerned if these leaves will have any effect on the rest of the plant succesfully growing, and if so i need some advice on a solution to the problem. i was also wondering maybe could it be pests?considering it is surrounded by them.

if your plant is surrounded by pests than you have a problem my friend.. If u decide to grow outside than choose an area that looks some what clean if u know what i mean.
