sometimes it takes time for the plant to heal. mine freaked and stopped new growth completely to get stronger I guess. get a fan going inside or outside in a gentle breeze to feed and strengthen them. they eat when the wind is going a lil.
maybe the soil is too tightly compacted. aerate? ie poke holes and move the topsoil around to increase drainage.
and dont water them too hard. wait three days. I know its fucking hard not to baby the damn thing. but results come better when its not the only thing you concentrate on lol.
seriously.
let the roots expand and search for water. they'll make a break for water and grow out.
