So from what your saying I have more than likely massively under watered my plants for my whole grow so would any one care to hazard a guess as to how much of my overall yield will be lost and maybe as to how many oz I will get per plant from my poor quality photos also the avrage hight of my plants is 80 cm topped
No one can say. Just be sure to water and properly nute and you should be alright.
I think that, since you have a month left until harvest, you should be fine if you fix what's fucked up now. Do you grow synthetically or organically?
Sorry mate you will have to go into more detail there as this is my first ever grow and I have only had wifi for around 72 hours and I have been flying blind up until then and even with f**k loads of reading to. The point my head hurts I still don't have a clue what the diffrence is or what they even mean
No they are showing signs of nute burn for the love of Pete! Lockout out does not target one single element. It is a term used way too often around here. Its a rare thing. And I dont think I have ever even seen a case of true lockout around here. His plant are suffering from being overfed an improper diet.. I would bet my life on it. Coco is notorious for holding K. And P is not far behind. High P and K diets are not needed in most container grows. Peat and coco based that is.
Interesting that you apparently missed the other postings ...you know the one that I said I do not grow in coco and to check the facts with those who do? I grow in soil, like I said. And if I saw the same thing going on with my plants, the 1st thing I would look at would be P deficiency and ph.

I said it's less important, not unimportant, but unlike salt-based inorganic nutes, pH matters less regarding organic grows, and that's the truth, as long as you have a sturdy strain. Coco and organics are both buffers. And Organic DEFINITELY DOES NOT just refer to N capacity. Here is my Organic Coco grow 3-4 weeks into flowering:
I started 1/4 and now use 2/3-1. They are fine.
