Leaves "folding"

Two of my plants have leaves that look like they are folding over, NOT like curling over , folding over. Like someone took a leaf and folded it over at an angle , plants are different hybrids, so it is NOT a phenotype, maybe it is light related ? They are 35 days old,18/6,under a 400MH.vegging in FoxFarm Grow Big. I do move the plants around in the grow area, so I don't think it is a situation where the plant is getting too much/little light. Weird.
Otherwise the plants look great, they are Canna-bio-gens "Sandstorm"and a Cali-O-DC from I forget who. Very fast growers.
Anyone seen a situation like this before ?

sounds like you need a bigger fan 2 exchange air or a case of under watering pics would help

Here is a picture of the leaves , notice how the leaf makes a jag???
Could it be because I move the plants around when I water , maybe the plant leaf is " re-orienting" towards the light , which is a 400MH.
ANY IDEAS ?

Could be a temp issue, is it above 82 degrees?

No the temps are NOT above 75 degrees ,
