jesus, talk about the blind leading the blind...
The upper leaves of a cannabis plant pointing upwards is perfectly NATURAL. That's right, and the reason they do this is because of LIGHT QUALITY. The leaves further up the plant are closer to the light and therefore will lift to allow more light to hit the lower, horizontal leaning, leaves.
In fact if your leaves don't lift up then you are doing something wrong.
Lesson from Skunk Skool, my friends.
In my limited experience, your light being too far away from the plants will cause the entire leaf to raise up toward the light, especially if the temp goes below what they are used to. Lower the light a small amount each day until the plants start to shy away from it, then raise back up 1" and continue raising as the plants grow. A light meter comes in very handy here. Otherwise if the humidity is too low the leaves will attempt to retain water by raising or curling up in between waterings. The leaves on my plant are pointing up and I dont know why. Im about 3 weeks into flowering and i watered them this morning.... When i checked on them this afternoon, the entire leaf was oriented upwards on my plants (one more so then the other)... Im not talking just the leaf tips, but the whole damn leaf?
Whats the deal? Could it be magnesium?
I tried to get a pick up but my camera stopped working...
Thanks
