leaves turning yellow

any pro's at this? i am also trying to train her. well the leaves are turning yellow it has red steam and growing very slow newer leave look like they are smaller than what they should be growing to i am using 2 florescent lights one is 75 watt and other is 40 anyone suggestions? sorry pictures arent the best

yellow leaves and red stems sounds like a deficiency..what are you doing for feed and water..

well i tryed miracal grow once. i mixed it half strenth but i don't like it much im thinking its nitrogen or magnesium whats a good furalizer to use 20 20 20 for veg and flowering 10 30 20 and use 1/4 strength i need to look for a local garden shop because the places around my area is not great esepshily because its winter but i am overwatering it could that be the problem or also nitrents

for veg you want a nitrogen rich mix..anything that the N is higher than the P and K...
