Leaves with White and Brown spots

Strain: Confidential Cheese
Water: 6-day old tap
Frequency: Every 7-9 days
Medium: Fox Farm Ocean Forest
Lighting: 4 26W CFL's
Age: 25 days old

Symptoms are droopy leaves 3rd node and down. 2nd node leaves only, have white and brown spots. After checking the sticky's I can't seem to figure out what might be the issue. The only modification to the plant was she was topped a week ago. I sterilized the shears before use with alcohol. Spots, as far as I can tell, are only 2 days old. Ironically my pH tester just went the way side of trash can and a newer one (non-cheapo) is on the way via Amazon. But, I've never had any pH problems with my water before and no nutes have been added.

Any advice/diagnosis would be greatly appreciated.

Just looks like early Mn deficiency.
Also leaves are very dark green, have heard of FFOF soil being a little hot on the N which will give dark green leaves and can also signal mild nute lock. next water try a flush with water amount equal to amount of soil. with FFOF you should not need many nutes (if any) during veg.
Looks like a nice healthy plant otherwise, good job.

do you foliar feed at all? if so it might be light burn on the leaves. if not, its prob nute burn from too rich soil.

Thanks for all the advice.

No nutes, no feeding of any kind, just a regular water schedule based on dryness of the soil which typically takes anywhere between 7-9 days. Right now the top 1" of soil is dry but if I go down to the 2 and 3" mark, she's still got some moisture. When that is dry I'll go ahead and give her a drink till I see a trickle come out the bottom and then I stop.

Question is, if I give her a light flush when it's time to water again, should I use some RO water or just go ahead and use my 6-day old tap?

I have never had the pleasure of an RO system so I would say old tap water, make sure to agitate or put a bubbler in it to improve chlorine off gas and O2 in water.

Ro water is different ....I advise u to use tap water ....Ro water's ppm is 0 that work to empty your nut from your plants ....
In this age I don't think its work true ...so can stress your plant

I'm not using nutes, so I don't think that's an issue. But I did end up using RO bottled water from the grocery store. After I flushed her with a gallon of it, she responded quite nicely and this morning all of her leaves, minus the two with the spots, had picked back up. So, in all, thanks for all the advice.

Thanks. I'm not sure if it was a minor nute lock as you said or a Manganese deficiency. I guess if the spots continue to appear on more leaves I'll know for sure, otherwise I think the flush might have cleared her up.

And I'm back. pH meter (Oakton pH1) and calibration fluid took longer than expected to get here and hopefully my plant hasn't suffered too horribly from it. So my water was a bit more off than I thought. 8.4 off. So, I'm thinking this was a pH problem all along. I got the water set to a pH of 7, and tested the run off from the soil, and it's sitting at a pH of 6.4

Now that I have the water corrected, and she's still losing leaves, how do I keep her from losing more leaves? As you can see below the biggest fan leaves have started to go bright green/yellow and 1 or 2 leaves a node up have started to get yellow spots as well. Do I want to flush again on my next watering with pH corrected water or just stay on the course I'm going? As said before, any help is greatly appreciated.
