Hey shim sum in meant something. Do u have any advice pls??what does "sum in" mean?
The clones were growin in perlite I transferred them to larger pots leavin the perlite intact and puttin them into large pots of coco as we spoke about a few days ago. I mixed up my week1 veg nutes and soakd the coco before planting from the smaller pots to larger pots. They've been waterd once since the transfer. I'm using a mh bulb it's approx 14 inches away from tops of ladieswhat does "sum in" mean?
Thanks a lot mate. I'm adding nitrogen along with my a+b it's like 1ml to 1lL I was advised to do this in my grow shop so I have been. Sum1 mentioned adding sum in calld super thrive or sum sort of recovery nute???You should check out the different forums and the FAQs... I found this in there for you..
QuickDeficiency Guide
Nitrogen-Entire plant is light green in color; lower leaves are yellow; growth isstunted....
Phosphorous-Entire plant is bluish-green, often developing a red or purplish cast; lowerleaves may be yellow, drying to a greenish-brown to black color; growth may bestunted...
Potassium-Leaves have a papery appearance; dead areas along the edges of leaves; growthis stunted...
Magnesium-Lower leaves turn yellow along the tips and margin and between the veins; thelower leaves wilt...
Calcium-Young stems and new leaves die...
Zinc-Leaf tissue between the veins is lighter in color; yellowed; papery inappearance...
Iron-Leaf tissue appears yellow, while the veins remain green...
Copper-Leaf edges appear dark green or blue; leaf edges curl upward; young leavespermanently wilt...
Sulfur-Young leaves turn pale green, while the older leaves remain green; plant isstunted and spindly...
Manganese-Growth is stunted; lower leaves have a checkered pattern of yellow and green...
Molybdenum-Leaves are stunted, pale green, and malformed...
Boron-Young leaves are scorched at tips and margins...
2-3 weeks, roots are well developed in smaller pots now I've put them into the much larger pots with a different medium but I was assured the roots wud take to coco easilyHow old are yh thee clones

sum1 mentioned just using ph water but I don't know why when buying the nutes which cost a lot because apparently over here in the uk these nutes are the shit!!!! They've instructed me to use these nutes at this point,,, maybe ile just go straight water kinda flush them and hope it worksworksKeep in mind I'm a newb but I've also been learning the hard way.
To me, it looks like fertilizer burn - I don't use hardly any nutrients on plants that young
so u do add nutes? Ph is 5.6 what is ec and ppm? Temp is roughly 24-30 varies thru dayWhat I do is normally take off what is dying so you plant dosnt put energy into keeping it alive.
What is ur ec at and ph
See I normaly add nutes at this stage coz I realise once the plant has rooted it is it has a higher intake of water nutes being apart of the mother and normally getting some nutes.
I have my ppm at about 400 ph 5.5 in rockwool temos bout 28c

when u remove the yellow leaves do u cut bk as close to the main stem as possible? What I do is normally take off what is dying so you plant dosnt put energy into keeping it alive.

Not questioning your ways ive just had better luck with nutes then without could be bcoz I'm using rockwool. Not sureI'm very careful with pH at that stage but I just use a very light nitrogen once per week - plain water in between watering a as needed. IMHO plants that young should not need a lot of nutrients
