LED 200 lumen for seedling start

HI rIU, I found a desk like clip on LED light which output is 200 lumens and Color correlated Temperature 2700K-5000K. My question is, can this light be sufficient to start a seedling and support it's growth up until the 3rd week veg?

Probably not. Youll most likely get a few days until the first true leafs show.

Thanks Ghrimm. So it will only hold off until the first true leaves. What about setting it directly under my 400WMH? Unfortunately I broke my 125W CFL.
