LED bulb on eBay, any good?

Would these be any good for supplemental light on 1 plant? I am running a 6 bulb, four foot T5HO and would like to help the flowering plants along...

It's only 5.8 Watts for $25+ that's $4~/watt not good at all.

If you have a heatsink (like an old CPU) I would suggest something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/18116474207...eName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 their easy to make just need alittle thermal adhesive, heatsink, and a cheap solder gun.

Okay, thanks for your response. I thought that the SMD aspect would make it a better bulb. Firing the HPS back up!
