LED bulb on eBay, any good?

Would these be any good for supplemental light on 1 plant? I am running a 6 bulb, four foot T5HO and would like to help the flowering plants along...

It's only 5.8 Watts for $25+ that's $4~/watt not good at all.

Okay, thanks for your response. I thought that the SMD aspect would make it a better bulb. Firing the HPS back up!
