LOL like draping them around ur plant. I don't know I think with Led's u need alot of them and some fancy chips I dont know what I am talking about though.

I use blue GU10 led's on my seedlings, it really promotes growth more than a fluo tube. http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/GULEDB.html, i have 4 in a box i made, works well and is pretty cheap.
