I am trying to keep track of some grows with new led lighting in combo with t-5s and HPS. The Solarflare 200 led I just got is replacing a 150 HPS light and 96w t-5. I changed it 1 week ago. One grow is 2 weeks into bud, the other is 29 days. The 2 week grow has a Solarflare 200 and two 96w t-5 side lights. It's a weird looking strain, got it from a friend who's grown it for years. It's called TKO. The 4 week grow has a cheap Chinese "300 watt" led and a 150 watt HPS. This plant is called GS. I HAVE A PRO GROW 260 coming soon to replace cheap led and HPS lights. I have heat problems sometimes in the summer so I am going to all LED's soon. As you can see these are small grow areas, So I think LEDs will kick ass once I get it dialed in. Here's a couple pictures I'll post some more as things change.

Hi, another week + since last update. The plants are looking pretty good. I use Happy Frog soil and Old Bloom organic fertilizer. The GS is 37 day's along and the TKO is 22 day's into Bloom. I've got the Solar Flare 200 and two 96 watt t-5' lights on side of the Tko, it seems to be budding quite well. I had a 150 HPS and the cheap Chinese led on the G S , it is doing better than the 150 and a 96 watt t-5 I was using. I just got the Grow Pro 260 yesterday and replaced the lights on the G S. The G S has about 15 day's or so to go till ripe, see if it fattens up some more.DSC02549.jpgDSC02551.jpgDSC02554.jpgDSC02555.jpg Got a question or advice or criticism let me know.

Hey there, just adding new pictures and info. I'm using AGE OLD ORGANICS and MOLLASES. I start fertilizing at about 3 weeks and the molasses I use only when just put to bloom and at 28 days bloom and 42 days bloom. My grow chambers are 24x32 for GS AND GROW PRO 260. The other bloom room is 24x24 That's where TKO and SOLAR FLARE 200 and 2 96 watt t-5 flo's. the TKO is at 28 days bloom and the GS is at 43 days. The 1st 2 pictures are the TKO. Next is GS..

Hey, thanks. Just pulled GS out of chamber, ready to trim up at 50 day's. Looks about like the same as what I used to use, a 150 HPS and A 96 WATT t-5 fixture. There are some differences. The led's seemed to make tighter bud's and the bottom and top's of the small leaves look like more trichromes. They just look more potent all over, we'll see after she cure's. I will post the weight when done. I should have called this the Hienz 57 grow. The TKO has 2-3 weeks to go. Won't grow this one again. The leaves of this plant look all twisted and knarley no matter what you do. My friend has been growing it for several years now and it's always looked the same. I did move it to a new slightly smaller chamber to make room for a new Hans 80 watt panel that should arrive in a couple of days. then I will do a full LED grow and post it. Pictures are not loading for some reason, I will try later.

The SOLAR FLARE 200 draws 165 watts, that's what the makers say. I think :weed: the pro grow 260 draws 185 in full mode , not sure about just bloom or just veg.

Well, The TKO is doing pretty good under the Solar flare 200 Bloom booster. It has a week + to go. Been doing a water flush for about 5 days. Never saw leaves on a plant like these ones. Curly dudes. I took out the T-5s 8 days ago and its still fattening up with just the 200.

I run 2 solar flare full cycles in a 2x4x5. 1st grow was a lot of learning but i think the lamps are solid. My 2nd is getting close to term and much more trichs.

Here is my ssh 7.5 weeks in

The TKO is 49 day's along into bloom. It's clouded up pretty good now, so it's close to time. Maybe another week or so. A lot of the leaves are dying off, Like I said before this is the most different plant that I have seen as far as the curly leaves from day 1 to the end. It's got some good looking Bud on it, there good size but fewer than normal. I wanted to go a little shorter but it's OK. I'll show you my grow area.DSC02614.jpgDSC02613.jpgDSC02622.jpgDSC02621.jpgDSC02615.jpgDSC02617.jpgDSC02618.jpg My area is in a 10x10 foot room that I built in my pole barn. I insulated the walls and ceiling and door. The heat is on in the winter and AC in the summer. A 2x10 foot area is grow cabinets. 3 bloom and 1 Veg,starter. I use a Nutone 110 cfm bath vent, bought it 10 years ago and still great. There's a double wall between Veg and Bloom room, it's vented for air but no light exchange. I put a 4 inch fan in each bloom room. 1 pulls room air in and then it is blown through to the bloom room that has the Nutone vent. There is 140 cf of room. You can see the door to my dark room. I do black and white film in there every once in a while. On the other side are the grow cabinets, 2 are wood and 2 have wood frames and panda plastic with Velcro.

Well the TKO is done now, Very sticky and loaded with Trichrome's :hump: I wont grow again most likely. It does not get any bigger I think, my friend has grown for years under 1000 HPS and his are not much bigger. It sure has a sweet smell to it, thats nice. A couple oz. give or take. On to 2 GS's, WW and Pineapple Chunk :weed:.DSC02625.jpgDSC02623.jpgDSC02626.jpgDSC02628.jpg
