Blackstar240w flowering models work from seed to harvest with zero problems. I have been using Blackstar240w flowering model for 3 grows now. I see no reason to ever mess with a veg-only model, as the flowering models veg plants like a champ! For your 4x4x7 Jardin secret garden, I sugguest using 4 Blackstar 240w flowering models ($1120), 2 Blackstar 500w flowering models ($1100), or 2 Blackstar 600w flowering models ($1240)

having said all of that, check out WeJuana's thread for some idea about similar wattage Blackstar, Penetrator and Spectra LED panel performance, and how clones from the same plant grown in soil produced under these panels...

My grows with Blackstar240w can be found in my profile, and my current grow is always in my signature. A single Blackstar 240w can do a great job in a 2x2 space... I currently use two Blackstar240w in a 2x4 space...

I agree with whats been said about probably wanting about twice as much power in that 4x4x7 tent than what you planned for...

Cool beans, you should good pretty good results with that setup. I would look into the Plant Grow and Actinic 420/460 blend T5 bulbs for your 432watt T5. Check out this thread

Just wanted to add this company to the list. Some of you have probably heard of them, they make the Cree based Procyon 100. They were on my short list for a while before I bought my first Blackstar.

The real reason I wanted to add them though is they're beta testing their new Procyon 100w and doing the usual "deep discount for a grow report" deal since 1/20/12. Didn't get a chance to email them for more details yet, but I thought some of you might be interested.

Oh and I have no connection to this company for those who care about such things. ;-)

they probably want you to grow lettuce with it! What deep discount are you looking at for 100W LED, is it free!?

Yeah but look at the build/design. It's gonna make one hell of a beautiful doorstop for your growroom in 2014, so it's got that going for it too. :-P

Another company I didn't see on the list is:

http://busybeeleds.com/

Don't know much about them. I just bumped into them on Ebay and they're pushing a "20 spectrum tuned wavelengths" design. Don't ask for any details about what spectrum's though cause it some kind of state-secret to them. Not a great way to instill trust, but then again it's the LED industry, so who's got time for trust and honesty? Anyway I just thought some folks might be interested in them.

These guys have a lifetime warranty. I called them earlier today and the guy said he could cut me a pretty good deal on 4 of the 100x3w models (190 watt draw each) for $352 each rather than $377 each.

I still haven't decided which one I want, or if I want to buy from there, I am still shopping around.
