LED Dimmer percent tips?

I just upgraded to a new spider farmer sf1000 with the dimmer knob now included. I’m going to run 3 autos in my 2x2x5. I was wondering what I should keep the dimmer light % at through the different stages of growth. Any tips? Thanks
 
Yea I can share my experience with it from seed.
