Led driver, cobs and a fan?

I have several wall wart type ones, but just wanted to do something different as a learning experience basically

There are also 110 and 230 VAC axial fans incase a power supply is too much bother.

Well I'd recommend a wired one.

I will probably buy a MW 12V eventually when I redo my lights.
I dont really need cooling, but why not make the cobs more efficient and last longer.
The 120mm Cooler Mater 44 cfm fans cool my HS's to a few *F over ambient, and the Papst server fans are really noisy, but man they move some air!!
