LED driver transformer for fans

Searched but doesnt seem to be working. I'm starting to piece together a small DWC CFL grow stealth cabinet (2-3 plants one side, and clones/moms the other). I want to run 4 120mm pc fans (1in/1out for each compartment) through a pc fan controller. Been trying to find a decent power to run the controller and feed out to the fans. Was going to use an old computer psu i have sitting, jumping the wires so it turns on, but not sure if I feel confident in letting that run 24/7 and dont need that much power anyways. So i went looking...

Anyone know anything about these things, would this work wired to the fan controller??

Yea looking at a similar controller ( http://www.aerocool.us/peripheral/xvision.htm ) but still need 12v DC power to it, which is why I looking at the led driver, just not sure if its a real option. Heisenberg how many fans are you running off that?
