With efficient led, a lot of people are running 30-35 watts per square foot. 600 watts for a 4 x 4 is a common recommendation. Do some reading, lot of discussion on 4 x 4 recently.

4 QB 288 or 304 will drive a 5x5 space with the right driver.
3000k will grow your plants from start to finish.

I run 3000k - 3500k - 4000k in various rigs.

3000k has a bit of more red ( but will veg fine )
3500k has a bit of more blue ( STILL grows fine , a little tighter nodes )
4000k ( testing is currently ) color is as Sun at High Noon - ( flowers well / short node spaces )

You would do well with any of them ...
Or you could do a 4 panel with 2 3000k / 2 3500k with panels diagonal to each other on opposite ).

Or with a 3000k / 4000k mix ...
