LED heat questions

Hello, I am setting up my first grow which is a 5x9 gorilla grow tent, Phantom LED 440 Watt x 2, 6 inch gravity inline fan which is venting into my attic. I live in a hot region with little to no humidity. I have three 6 inch clip fans blowing air around inside the tent. I do not have fresh air coming in yet. I ordered a 8 inch fan to bring air into the tent. The lights are full spectrum LED with multiple settings, 40%,60%,80%, and 100%. With both lights on the temp is 90 degrees. With one light on 40% it is 82 degrees. I have read that LED light grows need to run hotter, if so what would be optimal temp for full spectrum LED? I plan to add another 440 Watt light soon to make it 1320 watt in the 5x9 tent. I am hoping to run air in from the room the tent is in which is 72 degrees to bring the temp down some. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. This is my first grow and I am trying to learn as much as possible. Thank you in advance.

It's all about measuring the leaf surface temperature.

Recommended LST is between 74° to 80°.

Small sprouts will need an air temp of 83° to 84°. As they age, get bigger. The air temps are lowered to reach 74° to 77° LST.

Example. My sprouts took 84° for a 77°-78° LST. Late veg and the temperature went to 82°. At 30 days flower. The temperature is set 80°. Where it'll stay until harvest.

But no matter the temps I use. You have to measure yours using an IR thermometer. Keep it within 72° to 78°.

76° to 77° is said to be the sweet spot for best growth and resin production.

Thanks for the info. I have an IR thermometer to record temps. My seedlings are in with the tent temp at 84. The LST on seedlings is 78. I will keep an eye on it and hopefully get the temp down a little with another fan to blow air in.

I run 1600W in a 4x8
roughly 16 x 50w Cree COBs
and another 400 diodes
runs 1 6inch 295cfm exhaust
and 1 4inch 195cfm 65f* cool intake
keeps temps around 85-90f* lights on
and around 67-69*f lights off

ideally id like to get the lights on to only max out at 87 but its been okay a little hotter than id like.

Thanks for the input Maranibbana and Beehive. I added a humidifier which really brought my temps down so far. I have an fan coming soon to add air into the tent. I will update on my progress.
