LED Light for aquarium but later for Mary Warner and her friends?

Hello I am looking for an LED aquarium light for my aquarium; but I was hoping it might be able to grow house plants (mary warner) at a later date (when it is legal) The aquariums I have are 20 gallon and a 38 gallon. I am just looking for a light to grow the most basic of aquarium plants, that are hardy. [tank dimensions: 38 Gallon: 36 1/4 x 12 5/8 x 19 3/4:::::20 Long: 30 1/4 x 12 1/2 x 12 3/4
Does anyone have information, tips, or light to shed on my shopping please?
**EDIT:** I just want to use the light for my aquariums now then eventually when Marijuana is legal in NY I will attempt to grow it with the lights. The Light will not be in the aquarium when I try to grow the Marijuana.

Are you asking if you can use Aquarium lights to grow weed in a funny way because you thing Big Sis is watching us?

Any decent 100W real output Led with white, red, blue or 2700k-5000k is enough for 1.5x1.5' area around 18" to grow decent buds IMO. I may be off and of course it matters if the light has reflectors, types of LED etc. 100W sammy leds will give you fire but pricier.

Too much green, far red, violet are not as useful at all to a green plant (not under the sea).
