Led light height in flower

I got a mars 300 135 watts and a mars reflector at 100 watts. How hiigh above the plants should it be.got it at 10 to 11 now for a week.

to be honest ive been using Mars Hydro for 3 years the 300 in flower put it 18'' above the canopy and during veg ivenotice they actually like it when u put the light 22"-24" hope the helps bruh
