LED light modes

Hey guys,

I'm currently flowering my plant under an LED light. I have no idea what wattage, make or model the LED light is, however it has two switches, one labeled "growth" which produces white light and one labeled "bloom" which produces red light.

My plant is in the flowering period and I am currently using just the "bloom" mode, so the plant is under red light for flowering period which I assumed was the best option. However the plant is growing quite slowly and I notice that the "bloom" mode produces much less light than the "growth" mode.

Today I tried out turning on both "growth" and "bloom" together which seems to produce a mixture of red and white light, and is much brighter than the "bloom" mode.

So my question is, should I just use the "bloom" mode only for flowering period, or should I use both "growth" and "bloom" together for extra light?

Thanks for reading!

Flowering requires more lighting then vegetative state and I would therefore recommend you use both switched on for flowering sir.

My red and white combo does teh white for veg and both for bloom. No setting for only the red....
