LED/lighting questions

Hi. So my first couple larger scale grows, I was only in a position to buy more inexpensively made LED grow lights. I had done my research and bought two 600 watt VIPARSPECTRA. Even though I am quite impressed with an overseas product with these I am not getting the coverage or quality that I strive for so I am looking to upgrade.
My questions regarding this are-
#1: is it worth it to buy very expensive LED grow lights to get the best results? Or is it possible to get great results with something a bit more inexpensive? Is it true that you get what you pay for? Or just a marketing ploy?
#2: what are your thoughts on using a light rail or a light mover Incorporated with my lighting? I always here people say good things and bad things about this and I want your opinion. I feel that it would certainly give me more coverage with less lighting but is it worth it?

Thank you all for reading this (longer) post. Please chime in if you have a comment, anything helps! Take care!

You could always look into building your own, there's extensive information on here on the subject and you can build the frame to best suit your grow area plus it will save you some bucks. As for the light rail they work well for HID fixtures but I don't think I've ever seen it with an LED

You will only get what you pay for when you know what's essential for highest quality grow. There is so much BS out there to take your money
