LED lighting

i have 2 quick questions as far LED lighting goes.

FOR NON-AUTO FLOWERING PLANTS
1) during Veg grow can you leave the lights on 24/7?
2) during flower do you still go 12/12 or leave it on 24/7 also?

FOR AUTO FLOWERING PLANTS
well let me ask this too, if youre growing auto flower plants then you can run the system 24/7 right?

Re: AUTO FLOWERING PLANTS: Refer to the Breeders web site for optimal light info. hardly ever would you go 24/7 with autos. Auto's really need some down time; go for a 20 light 4 dark. see how they respond.
