no. you are only getting 1300 lumens of light and you need 4,000 lumens per sq ft of vegging area and 6,000 lumens per square ft of flowering area. cfl's and hps are better choices.

Read on forums they're only good for veg on their own but you need additional light source ( MH , HPS and so on ... ) to flower with decent quality . Personally i think it's the way of the future as they're harder to pick up for the choppers and cheaper to run to aswell . If you give it a go post the results . Best of luck .
