LED lights - What's best

About to start my second grow, first one was under cfl's but want to upgrade to led. What's best a light that has a switch for veg and flower or just doing entire grow under full spectrum led? My grow area is small 700mm wide 750mm deep and 900mm high. What wattage should I go for?

Wanna diy ?

Grab a Few Samsung double row 2'ers and a 185watt dimmable driver and you got a Cadillac for that space

Cutter also sells some nice strips for diy and some pre built kits I think? @welight

I love my cutter strips, so I'm prob a tad bit biased, any from the list above will rock your space tho.

I'm down in NZ so options are limited. I can get an 800w full spectrum for $280 or a 600w for $240. Can I have to much light in that area and is full spectrum ok for the whole grow?
 
Riggs seems to know his shit, and would be someone I would listen to. I've gotten better at figuring out who actually has any knowledge and the ones talking out their asses.

Hey bud, im sure that light can grow a plant, hell just about any light can, but if your looking for top quality LED than that light isnt it.

Its old tech with bloated claims and BS advertising. They are nowhere near top quality LED, that light is probably only pulling 150-200w from the wall and its still gonna give off tons of heat in comparison to proper LEDs. Any company calling a 150-200w light a 800w is no company you wanna buy from.

At that price point, you would be much better off building your own strip or qb fixture.

for $280 NZ i would think you can find many better alternatives

Its just a pile of shite bud.

If you cant get something from cutter.au which is reasonably local to you then search for HLG100 on amazon. That will flower a 60cm x 60cm space.
The thin skin from cutter is a kit. You need enough ability to wire a plug , because putting it together will take a couple of minutes and be around the same technical level as wiring a plug. But I highly recommend going that route.
99% of LEDs on amazon are very misleading.

TS 1000 is a good choice ,,grow feedback from the grower " Loving this light so far. It does come with all the goodies to get you started. The light is lightweight, has no fans to make noise. You can fully adjust the wattage used so you can do seedlings. It wasn't in the instructions on how to do it but I figured it out and showed how on YouTube. You can dial it down to 38 watts or up to 164 watts. The white light does not hurt my eyes at all like other grow lights. Complete adjustable wattage! "
