LED lights

This my first grow. I want to know how close i should place a 90 watt UFO Led light to the seedlings?

I dont know about the seedling but i hear that L.E.D Lighting boosts you grow by at least 2x times the normal rate of MH/HPS grow lighting.. I am trying to invest in some of those lights.. I look forward to your Journal....
