Hi the normal f series give 8800 lumens per strip and these give 15000 lumens for the same price that is why im thinking of using these rather.
These are the original first generation F series strips. Not a bad price actually - about 1/2 of the cost per lumen compared to the Gen 3 strips. Cheap enough you can run them under test current for a bit more efficiency. They are also a bit longer at almost 48 inches.

I'd pay the extra money and get the type F's, it is like the equivalent of two 23W CFL's light difference between the two units at test current.
More light= more weed.

Thanks ill look into that, @ANC you are from south africa right? Where do you buy your strips and stuff?

Got mine from Digikey the moment word spread that they had them, knew what was going to happen when I crunched the numbers, so I took a bunch.
