Very solid. The SSH bounces like a rock. I would probably use hps if I was really trying to hit some heavy numbers but these are homebrew lights and run around $250 plus labor to build a 300w unit. I grow stealth so it works for me. At 60 it helps my arthritis. And my prostate.
