Looking good unknown... Some of her pistils are turning already... You look like you might be close. How long you figure?
puff - Hopefully, When your done with the chop you'll take that root mass out of the cup and take a few shots of them!

Looking good everyone!! Puff nice pics with the measuring tape, I didnt realise she had such a fat cola. I am so ashamed of my one cup, I came home last night and I took it out of the room because when I looked at the root mass I saw all those little white worms and the leaves are all brown spotty and nasty. I dont even know whether I will smoke it or not haha. Anyway the other one is looking better but it hasnt changed since last update. I dont think I will have time to upload pictures before I leave later today for another few days.
Rest assured that I am following this thread with great interest, only I have lost interest in my own cups and I will be very busy with work for the next few weeks. Everybody has such nice plants it will be very hard for me to decide on the winner! Keep it up!

So one of them is officially out of the competition, I will let her mature outside because I dont want an infestation in my room. It goes to show how pests and diseases will attack the weakest plants. The good news is the other one smells very good and seems to be doing ok (nothing like any of yours...) I just brought my garlic inside, its very dry and ready to store now, I love harvesting!!
Oh yeah a couple pics of my dry buds, obviously far better than anything I could ever grow in a party cup...

I struggle to believe that this is even possible, if you did this to a human (locked in an understairs cupboard and told to "Act like an adult" 12 hours a day from day 1) you'd pretty much make Golem from LOTR and he would definitely NOT smoke well lol.
I think those that had the balls to try should be supremely proud, those that made Harry Potter instead of Golem (same treatment, different genes) even more so!

14g dry is 25% of your wet weight so I think you're definitely in the right range of 14g (at least) to 21g+. I bet that sticky little bitch surprises us all!
Too bad you didnt submit a photo by the Sunday deadline so you are no longer in the running for the panel...

I always count it as 25% and often time I dont weight it again when dry. No bad surprise this way, I find it to be pretty accurate so far.
Nicely done Puffenuff, let us know how you like the smoke! To get mature buds in less than 80 days from seed(photoperiod?) and harvesting 1/2oz in a party cup is very impressive!!!

End, How many days do your plants average before being ready to harvest 12/12 from seed, regardless of pot size? Do you harvest much sooner because you use larger pots? Is puff's 80 days fast, slow about average?
I just want to get a rough idea if the party cups are taking longer, or are going about the same as your grows.

I have never had such a fast grow! They will take about 30ish days from seed to show sex but usually when they show sex they are still fairly small and will take slightly longer to flower than what the breeder says. I am starting to realise that strain with some Sativas in the genetic will yield better 12/12 from seed... indicas dont have enough time to get big before they flower, maybe if I was to lollipop them with 2+ plants per container I would get better results with the pure indicas. Puffs plant was on Steroid! with the right genetic and the right grower, I am sure it could be re done all the time.

Pics from a couple days ago when I chopped her down and did the wet weigh-in. Should be dry in another 3 or 4 days and then I'll do the official weight. The roots afterward. I am pleasantly satisfied with this little cup, she just chugged on the whole time, couldn't have asked for much else in a 16oz cup!
