Good job building those plants!New grow.
Lower temps (mid-high 20's instead of low 30's)
Better humidity (60-70% instead of 70-90%)
Better reflective walls (Diamond foil instead of light light pink).
hoping to beat my previous attempt of 1.37gpw

new comer to the Group, i only use LED lighting, check out my Avatar...Hey everybody who is using LEDs out there. Lets join up and start chattin about this and that. Figuring crap out. Seeing what works for you, but not me, etc. etc.
It would be much appreciated if only people who USE CURRENTLY leds for mostly full grows, or vegetative grows using only LEDs.
HID users, we already know you are better than us, and your buds are bigger than ours. But there is a first time for everything, and a new beginning at ever end of something old.
ALSO IF YOU ARE AN LED SALESMAN TRYING TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT THIS IS NOT THE THREAD FOR YOU! STAY AWAY! IF YOU ARE AFFILIATED WITH A COMPANY AND HAVE BIAS FEEDBACK WITHOUT RESULTS. STAY AWAY!
Thank you all, and I hope this thread EXPLODES in growth...
LED USERS UNITE!

My strips have silicone over the diodes making it IP-65 water resistant. It increases the blue in the diodes original spectrum. Can i dip a LED light strip in a clear marine epoxy and make it water proof? Would I be better off trying silicon? Curious if anyone has tried this? Sorry I didn't do a search. Worried about the silicon spheres on a the emitters if I went with them. Just fucking around and thinking about building lights for a light dep with low power in 660nm red to keep them in veg at the min. Far red maybe if it works.
Also sorry I never watched Vitally on youtube yet. I guess I should head there now and see if thats what his lights are before I sound like an idiot. A minute in and I can tell the dudes cool as fuck.
So unless Im mistaken thats not what he is doing. Is he on here?
Got my answer about VOCs. So ill be researching and trying to make it work. Cant imagine I need it to thick and maybe can leave the lens alone.
Sorry for the stream of consciousness.
I imagine I would lose the original beam angles if I covered the original silicone? ie. Osram 80 or 120 would become 150+? or would it hold do you think? My strips have silicone over the diodes making it IP-65 water resistant. It increases the blue in the diodes original spectrum.
It will change the spectrum of the light to coat it with something.I imagine I would lose the original beam angles if I covered the original silicone? ie. Osram 80 or 120 would become 150+? or would it hold do you think?
Even silicone? It will change the spectrum of the light to coat it with something.
