Cute plants. You did a great job del.
LED The big scam ! You can grow with them but they suck ass for budding, and yes I have bought and used them. LED lights for home lighting is awesome also great for street lighting but for growing bullshit.

cheers mate ...... i wont show you the ones that went wrong.......i call them my little freaks
some people have luck with them I guess, I'm dam sure not one of them.
We all have some children we're ashamed of...no hard feelings about the silly back and forth banter. I just chopped my latest..will try to upload some nug shots later today...not to compare against yours but to show some quality led nugs.
I haven't tried either but basically theres a few key advantages/disadvantages
LED: Needs more area, footprintwise. However vertically it can be slimmer.
HPS: Gives off more heat. If you go with a pro grow LED light box, it should have a fan built in though.
LED: Will end up more expensive to setup but be cheaper on your electric bill in the long run.
LED: Will be safer and last longer.
LED: Shouldn't change color over time as HPS can.
IMO LED is the way to go, and there are some good looking units online. It's expensive but the footprint makes it really practical in some setups. You probably wouldn't need much else besides that for the given area.
HPS takes up space and its hot. It's strong but IMO can't cover the same area as equally as an LED array.

And I've never tried it, but this one looks bad-ass: GrowStealth.
Im just guessing because ive never used those lights you mentioned, but it may have been the lights you chose and not the fault of leds in general. Not all leds are created equal. Gotta spend money to make money.

Im talking to you now. I have purchased over a thousand dollars worth of leds, and made my money back on the first harvest. I have not experienced any shit results. You have most likely because you bought shitty lights and/or didn't adjust your growing techniques.

^ have not used those lights < your words , My words > STFU if you don't no what I'm talking about.
The way I see it is you don't like LEDs because you had a bad experience with poor quality lights and probably had high hopes for them; however, don't get all butthurt because I told you your lights aren't good which I assumed you'd agree with given your previous statements on LEDs and your experience. I'll stop talking to you now, but not because you told me to "STFU" but because I don't like your attitude. Happy growing man, try not to be so rude to people next time.
