Should I leave bubba in the dark! Last 48-72 hours?

So my bubba kush is at 10 weeks flowering. Calyxes full! Bout 20% amber trichs. Terpinoid or smell is very strong
I've been flushing last 4 days. Wondering if at las flush I should leave her in the dark. All alone! During this last phase. Live cure? Does this actually help? Please respond. Any info you gurus have could make my girl sweeter!

Sensual oils, health food store, enhances taste,lemon, orange, ECT. Theirs another green grass or close to that, can't remember, I can find if want? Helps with pain.
