Whats the deal with the legality of seeds in the United States? I always assumed they couldn't be considered against the law, as theyre not a usable amount. The real concerns I have deal with ordering seeds online.
In general, is it legal to have seeds shipped from a seed bank? Does it depend on the country? Does it make a difference if I have a medical marijuana card?
I live in Maine, and would appretiate if someone could direct me to some seed banks I could order legally from. Thanks
