Legalization question.

So lets say full legalization happens, and medicinal grade cannabis and hemp are legal to cultivate.

Has ever anyone thought, about the fact that it would be nearly impossible to grow quality seed free medicine, if a huge hemp field were growing near-by?

Pollen can travel for miles in the wind!

Just a somewhat scary thought.

pollen (ive heard) is only viable for about three days before it germinates whether it has found a pistil or not...so outdoors you would have to get hit by alot of pollen to ruin a crop as far as ruining seed..ya you might get a couple that arent what you thought but do you really think these breeders dont have a few slip by from accidental cross pollination?? indoors you would need to get pollen on you, go to your bud room with the same clothes on or pollen on your hands, then it would also have to happen to be around the right time to produce viable seed so you can likely pick those out if the pollen came late, also i tihnk the amount of pollen you would randomly get on you would likely be not much and of that alot will never hit a pistil......chances are this never becomes a problem, i mean this has always happened in history...i had an outdoor grow going once and at the time i lived in an illegal state and no hermies but i somehow got a few seeds...

I've given this some thought, and I think growing indoors in a sealed room we'll be ok. Outdoors might be a different story.

Worth it. Industrial hemp, medicinal cannabis, and recreational cannabis all need to be legal, even if it causes a few seeds. I'd rather live in a world where i can be a gardener without fear of big men with guns shooting me in the head or hauling me off to live in some hellhole.

CO. and WA. are passing... OR going down. I think they took the wrong approach in oregon. It had to worth money to the state to get
it to pass. Good times are here at last.
