its against Federal law so NO,, no state has completely decriminalized cannabis in the U.S.

It is decriminalized in some states. It's not legal anywhere in the US... Federal Law.

I'm sorry. But we are going to take it hard on people like this. Yes, I said it... "You people" who can figure out how to find a marijuana growing website, who manage to create a profile, even upload an avatar, and create a new thread... Only to ask a question of the community that really doesn't need to be asked.
I hate to break it to some of you, but there are such things as stupid questions.
People simply underestimate their abilities to answer their own questions. There is a mental block and it would seem many assume they could never answer their own questions with thought. Instead they feel the need to pollute good forums with threads containing questions which should never have been asked in the first place and instead provides a feeding ground for those who would use a place like this as a chat room rather than an informative website for those who would like to get from seed to... rolling it up.
