I've heard they are extremely lax about checking medical documents. Like don't even worry about bringing anyI stopped by a new dispensary today...Weed Emporium...busiest store on that strip of Kingston rd..

They were asking everybody that came through the door when I was there? I dont have any but they still let me see what they had for sale....mostly kush varieties.

This article is a case of the media making the news as it's entirely the reporter's opinion that it's a 'low priority'.
The ministerial mandate letters are far more important than what amounts to an operational handbook. Slow news day I guess.
