I am guessing these clones are about three weeks old as I do not remember the date I took them, so officially I will say they are 20 day old rooted clones.
I will most likely be keeping them in veg for another 3 weeks or when they partially fill the screen.
The twins will be fed at the same cycle as my first grow:
- Advanced nutrients 3-part (Micro, Grow, Bloom)
- Advanced nutrients Overdrive (late flower)
Well things are going great; the twins are growing feverishly and the nutrient's and pH are very stable, so I am afraid there is not much to update. Today I will post a small picture board of my reservoir and nutrient change, Enjoy!
I usually use the remaining remote reservoir water in the gardens outside, to start I dump the main reservoir into the remote reservoir.
Then I fill the remote reservoir to about 15L and get my tap water ready to be filled with nutrients.
Well I went away for two days and all hell breaks loose, the twins ladies are now twin behemoths. I came home to see the SCRoG net fighting it out with the twins.
I raised the net to relieve the tension I did not want to have to raise it until I started flowering on October 5th, why October 5th you ask; I am only going to veg the ladies for 30 days as opposed to 45 or so in my last grow.
Now that I have seen the fury a steel mesh can unleash on unsuspecting plants I am thinking to remove the mesh, my only question is when? I would like to keep the mesh up through the initial stretch that way I can still have the main colas (My last grow I burned them to crap)
The twinscrog isover and did not go so well, I removed the wire after flowering was induced as it seems the net would have murdered the two ladies.
All finished and harvested and got a mere 4oz, I have moved on to bigger and better things.
I have now moved to a 4x4 tent for flowering and have a variety of strains going, Green House Seeds - Lemon Skunk, Emerald Triangle - Bubba76, Dinafem - Critical+(Auto), G13Seeds - Blueberry Gum.
