Hang on for that let me put my sneakers on...

Ahhhh you noticed :) You are so sweet LOL but I must admit yours looks like it has the beefed up Navy landing gear? Possibly yours is a USN model?
Slam it on the deck a few times and see if the gear holds up. ;)

i was looking for an image of a donkey with a tailhook (asshook?) and found this.

I think i need to hang out with more of these guys ... cn

lolikun.......I sold VW's, Porsche, and Audi and share your passion for VW although I drive an Infiniti. I hammered so many brand-new VW's and they loved the abuse. Like all German cars, the harder you drive it, the more it likes it.

The downside is the cost of parts. The cost is absolutely nuts.
YAY! Another VAG fan! :D and that's so true- I have VWs of all ages and I'd trust them all on a cross country road trip right now. My fav are their diesels, we once had a mk2 diesel golf with a cracked head that someone just epoxy'd closed (yes it was REAL half-assed...) and we drove that thing all over without a problem xD parts aren't too awful, I love the junkyard and Craigslist haha :) their tune ups are ridiculous though I will admit. Spark plug/glow plug prices add up fast....

infiniti/Nissan is an awesome company too-- I just can't afford it haha. I really like the g37x and want one someday~

Nice ASS! I'm holding out for the military version myself. I also prefer the model without the AWAC ears.

Depends on what I'm doing and where I'm going. I have an 05 F350, 99 Durango, 05 Jetta TDI, and an 08 Nissan Versa.

For larger loads, or the zombie apocalypse, I have a Loadstar 1700.

Got it off some guy on craigslist for a good deal. 11 foot blade with new tires and chains, it can really move some snow.
