Dr suess isnt banned. The Publishers decided to not print some of his earlier books. It was a financial decision for them. Bet with the uproar they are selling lots of Dr Suess books at the moment.

Hard to ban Adolf Hitler as he is dead.

To be fair there would be a very small % of far right loonies who can read let a lone get through Mein Kampf. Its not the easiest book to wade through.

The United States froze the proceeds of the book as sanctions back in the late 30's. So all the money from all the sales of the book in the United States went into a special account.

That money was later used to pay for the relocation of Hitler's relatives to the United States. To this day, they still receive income from the sales of Mein Kampf in the United States.

Actually, pretty much every allied nation did it and continue to do it to this day. Keep the money from sales of the book, that is. Some give the proceeds to holocaust museums and the like, others use it for public programs.

As for Hitler's relatives, I know there was one living on Long Island, and I think it was a grand nephew that lives just outside Charlotte, North Carolina. Not sure about any others, but there's bound to be quite a few.

CPAC stands for "Conservative Political Action Conference" and conservatives were cancelled. Only Authoritarians were allowed in and allowed to speak. But they still called it CPAC.

The only people who are crying about cancel culture listen to right wing talk radio, Fox or other right wing authoritarian sources.

Republicans are crying about their loss of statues and symbols that were used to project white power in the early 1900's while the country staggers through an epidemic. They cry about names of secessionists being stricken from military bases and renamed for real heroes. Talk about sensitive psyches.
