Vietnam ... Kennedy, a Democrat Actually I think Dwight Eisenhower handed kennedy this one and he was pressured into it. The main reason Kennedy was killed was because he wanted to pull out of Viet Nam and the military industrial complex would have none of that and knew Johnson was a puppet, so bye-bye kennedy! (My opinion only)
