Light advice for a small cabinet 3ft high

I'm looking for the best light that I can squeeze into a cab that measures 33inches wide, 17 inches deep and 36 inches high. I keep going back and forth between a small LED, 2 ft t5s or a couple of 125 cfls. I plan to install a small 4 inch fan to vent but I think the light distance between the canopy will be an issue. I plan to scrog 1 plant, maybe 2. Any idea on an ideal light for a cab of that size? Thanks for any advice.

There are many good write ups and a lot of good knowledgeable guys in the led section.
For what it will cost to make a good efficient cob led, you couldn't buy anything out of the box.

To be honest with you man, cfls are fine. your nugs won't be dense, but they can still turn out nice if you give it everything else it needs. I used cfls for some hobby fuck arounds. I have maybe 2.5ft of height. everything was super micro. You just need like 25-50 watts per sq ft and you will be fine. It sounds like a hobby setup, so don't sweat it too much if it isn't perfect. just enjoy the fact you made some smoke.
