Light bleaching

This lady started out a nice green colour over two weeks she's going very pale definitely not overwatered light is ts 1000 at 22" 25 percent medium cooco perlite, pretty sure it's light bleaching have raised the light to 26" any one agree on the bleaching diagnosis

Not your light - it’s the medium.

What is it ? …. Complete . You said 20% coco - what else ?

It is looking for food hence the color . If medium was ready to feed , seedling would be gaining pigmentation.

A 25% 150w LED (~38 watts) at 22" is most certainly not too much light; it's actually pretty low.
Your problem lies elsewhere.

70 per cent Coco 30 percent perlite, good to know it's not the light
 
Well you know now, you should be feeding her right off the bat in coco/perlite as it holds zero nutrients... so if you fed her yesterday she should green back up and produce some actual growth..
 
Add a bit more perlite next time. Had a similar problem with seedlings before, pretty sure it was just under aerated media being overwatered

It's deffinitely starving.
30% perlite should be enough, although you can of course go higher. Gotta water more often though.

@Tassie grower remember to lower your light back down. U can download a light meter app, they're not superaccurate but deffinitely helpful to get you in the ballpark range.
I give my plants 40k LUX.
