Light Bleaching

Doesnt look like it. I got light bleaching this past grow because I added another 1000W HPS. The edges of the fan leaf will be crispy and the rest of the leaf will yellow and get pale. If you are already cutting down on your nitrogen then that might be it too.. But doesnt look too bad.

Just been this way since 2 weeks into flower. They turned what I thought was a light bright green. I am calor blind of green> This doesnt mean I cant see green, it just means it is a lot more difficult to notice problems, such as change in green and different greens within green are difficult too. A disadvantage i must overcome. Actually I think if the plant doesnt get Nitro it wont make it. Seem like the colas have been stunted. I have grown much larger colas. Well there is less than 2 weeks left. Now if she has been stunted should I let it flower longer? I have a nice 100x scope and the tops of the buds are 50% cloudy with 10-15% amber. More opinions people.

I harvest the same way you do dude, let the trichomes tell you when. I shoot for the same ration about 15%-20% Amber I cut.. I'm actually at day 65 and will probably chop on Wednesday ( flushing now)

what up kev? hope all is well. what are you feeding them? looks like your bloom nutes are light on the N. next crop, try using veg nutes for the first 10 days of 12/12 and then running 10-15% of your ppm's with an N boost in your bloom nutes too. i just add some of my grow part A (which is 3-0-0) to my nute solution throughout flower.

the other possibility is K deficiency or lockout. hard to tell from the pics but K and N problems can look the same. can you give more info about your pH and what you are feeding them? soil or hydro? K is kind of a bitch. it can get locked up by too many salts or too much Ca. more info would help.

looks like nitrogen deficiency and a dying plant. yellow foliage like that should only be found on plants at the very end of their life cycle. two weeks into flower they should still have been dark green.

check your soil/medium's acidity. it may be locking out several nutrients, including nitrogen and sulphur etc.. longer flowering could result in death of the plant, i would chop soon. those plants are unhealthy, find the problem and prevent the same from happening again.

All excellent thoughts. I really took all that in, thanks. I am figuring it out slowly but surely. My weed is still good. Nice smell good look. I have smoked some of the premi bud and it is good. When do u guys think I should harvest, I said the tops of the colas were 50% cloudy with some amber. I am on day 45.

if you like to get HIGH harvest now or in the next couple of days. if you like to get STONED wait a while longer, but eyeball those plants, they look like they are close to expiring.

i personally love the up high off premature bud, and dont much care for couchlock. sometimes thats what i need to sleep or deal with pain, but a happy buzz of premature dope keeps me going through the pain when i got shit to do.

How many weeks do you consider a bud to be immature.

i suppose that depends of the variety and conditions. my uncle used to harvest his "premie" dope in early september, and the shit he left to mature in mid to late october, but that was the early 80's sativas. If he was still alive he would be the one to ask. my homey ((name withheld)) used to harvest at the first sign of amber crystals, or immediately after the end of bud swelling to produce the connoisseur's dope for which he was locally well known in the late 80's and early 90's in LA/Ventura county areas.

if you ever got really really high in the early 90s around LA and your condition was called being "Famous" you know what i'm talking about. ((name withheld))'s dope could make you so famous you could be on a Wheaties box, or the cover of Time if you know what i mean.

thats what im shooting for with my first grow since the late 80's. i germinated my seeds on 4/20, put them into flower on 6/20 and will harvest some from each plant as soon as the nuggs have swollen, and the first amber crystals appear, as my uncle instructed, but leave a few to mature for later (also as he detailed in my early instruction). when the final harvest is done ill dry and cure then have a serious comparison head to head and determine my future harvest plans for later grows. if my uncle and ((name withheld)) told me right, ill most likely continue harvesting some early and some late from the same plants for all my future grows. I may not be the most experienced dope grower, but i have been in agriculture for years, and i have raised nearly every kind of plant you can grow in north america, except cannabis. how weird is that? even though my uncle's dope farm was what got me interested in plants in the first place.
