Why would you flush? There isn't really much you can do about it now. The leaves have been damaged the plant won't attempt to fix them. Just keep plugging along and make sure you don't let it happen again.

any idea if that damaged will affect the crop or not? or its potency/quality

From your photos the damage looks quite extensive. So chances are yes, it may cause stress to the plant, but overall it will likely just lead to a longer time before finishing the flowering period. If the buds themselves are burned, then your in trouble because they will tend to stop growing if that is the case. I doubt it will affect the potency much because THC production is something internal the the genetics of the plant.

hould it be obvious if the buds are burnt? i didn't notice any burn on the buds, only on the leaves, the light is in an air-cooled tube and it didn't feel really hot by doing the back hand method but i just realized that the fan were helping alot to cool off some heat coming from the the close light..

Burnt buds will be a brownish colour -- look for patches that look different compared to the rest of the bud.

that's the bud on the top, looks like its tips got burnt a little bit, should it affect the growth it affect the growing?
Really hard to say. Just keep an eye on it. If it wasn't burned too bad it won't be the end of the world.
