thats some weird light burn. most likely calcium deficiency. i got that lots years ago. to this day i trust using calcium carbonate neutralized with citric acid or vinegar than cal-mag. cal-mag i got smells like acid.

My seedling 5 day old AK47 cross,has first real leaf but both tips only, are brown! no nutes used yet, in coco and perlite, I have a T5 led about 16 inches away ,so would be light burn? Will go back to old CFL lamp as I had success. (Anyone had this happen). ?

you can water every 2 days. if your only giving it 10 oz at a time
