20/4 then few weeks before 12/12 switch to 18/6. If I'm growing seedling's I like to keep the light on for 24hrs for the first two weeks. This works well for me. It's all what works best for you.

I actually use 17/7 rather than 18/6. I haven't noticed a growth difference I was just finding a happy medium between the times that were asked.

my plant is about 15 cm tall, i am using a LED panel.
so its pretty much cool, but regardless.
24/0 for a few weeks to keep them small and bushy with many nodes and then a switch to 18/6 for the remainder of veg to get some height on them as the plants stretch more during the dark due to SARP and tend to grow much more bushier on a 24/0.then switch to 12/12 when you have the plant height and size you want to end up with.

Some people put their plants in dark for like 24-48 hours before flowering. It is supposed to force flowering a little bit quicker but it also stresses the plant. I wouldn't do 10-11 days though. That is a long time without light and your plants would most certainly suffer for it.
