24/0 for a few weeks to keep them small and bushy with many nodes and then a switch to 18/6 for the remainder of veg to get some height on them as the plants stretch more during the dark due to SARP and tend to grow much more bushier on a 24/0.then switch to 12/12 when you have the plant height and size you want to end up with.

i have just put my plant into a complete dark cycle and it is 36 cm tall...will this work?

will it make it start to bud....i asked some people what to do and they said that i must put my plant in complete dark for 10-11 days to force budding ....will that work or must i just keep it outside?...( i dont have any lights )

Some people put their plants in dark for like 24-48 hours before flowering. It is supposed to force flowering a little bit quicker but it also stresses the plant. I wouldn't do 10-11 days though. That is a long time without light and your plants would most certainly suffer for it.
