Light cycle revert ??

Switched to 12/12 to determine sex. No pre flowers have presented themselves. I believe maturity has not been reached. Decided to veg out until pre-flowers show. Has anyone done this with no problems?

Fimm at 4th node. Actually missed and didn't cut enough. Re-cut and now have six tops/shoots total. Healthy, small and bushy approximately 8" tall by 5"-6" wide. Sry no pic yet. Only have one so far don't want to add any reason for male. Wouldn't mind a hermie, then I would have better seed lol. Ty

They will flower under 12/12 regardless of "maturity". Though it can take a couple weeks for flowers to form.

I see see your plant is 5-6 weeks old. You should see preflowers soon. Why not just flower it?

Plants from seed can take 2 months or more to show sex. You can leave them at 12/12 with impunity.

I only have one ATM myob, and want clones. Do not want to restart from seed. Exp bag seed, seems slower.

Still no pre flowers. Getting close to 2 weeks in flower. If I had to guess, I would say its 6 - 6 1/2 wks old. I didnt keep track. The stem is swollen where the shoots meet the main stem. They look smooth and a lighter green kinda. Plant is short and rather bushy, still showing signs of growth. Will take a pic. Now using 150w hps

Next time pull a clone and once it is established throw it under 12-12 somewhere to find out the sex of the mother.

So can I take a clone now since no preflowers are visible. I don't care if I get a hermie, but I don't want a male for sure. The clone would be about 4inch with 6 small leaves. Prob wouldn't have to trim any after cut. Have cloning powder. Just want to have something in veg so i dont have to start From seed again after flower. Haven't switched to bloom nutes yet either. Any thoughts
