Light distance

I bought a maxisun 1,000 watt led .
What distance should I keep it from the canopy? First time growing indoors. 2x2x4 tent. I have 4 plants in it so far and have been using a cheap 300 watt LED. Pic is of one that's the biggest. First time last training as well.

People tend to ask not to show blurple photos but photos in normal light, can you give me the model?

Blurples are old tech.

So I can see what it pulls from the wall, looks like you need to upgrade your light.

That Light is 100 watts, maybe 2x2 coverage, sounds better than my first light and that did okay with one plant, deffo not 300 watt, look at the comparison with say the HLG QB96 or HLG QB 135.

Don't know if that's a good link, I couldn't watch it all sorry, I wanted to throw the TV out the window.

The PB 1000 is only I think 100 watts are you saying the cheap 300 watt is better, if the PB 1000 is better than the other light it's deffo not a 300 watt.

The pb is stronger. The other "say's"it's 300 watt's. The problem is the distance. They were turning yellow so I put the old (300) back on them and it's not strong enough.

I'm having trouble with just the one right now lol.
Does it have a dimmer ? Also what you can try is download an app to test the lux and ppfd you are getting. Just know that it isnt as accurate as an real lux meter . Dont try to test the blurple but try it on the maxisun. Blurpies and lux meters are not a good combo.

As the guy said above, the PB1000 is enough for veg. He sounds like he knows what he's talking about.

Do you have a temperature/ RH gauge in there, look up intensity for your plants, MiGro Shane does some good reviews on a certain app for the phone and also a formula for a cheap lux light on Amazon.

To get good advice of you can tell people your temperatures and RH, what's your grow medium, then people can advise better, also take another photo of the plant and maybe one of the yellow leaf/leaves. No blurple though.
